Dear Members,

As I look back on this past year, I’m filled with gratitude for everything we’ve accomplished together. None of it would have been possible without the dedication of our Board of Directors. Your leadership has been the backbone of our success, and I thank each of you for your commitment.

I also want to recognize our past President, Jasen Ericksen. His leadership and guidance have left a lasting mark, and I’m grateful for the foundation he’s helped build for us to continue growing.

To our members — thank you for your ongoing support and engagement. The strong turnout at our events shows just how much our industry values connection, collaboration, and community.

Looking ahead, we’re focused on expanding educational opportunities with monthly seminars, offered both virtually and in person. And just as importantly, we’ll continue to host our quarterly socials — ensuring we maintain those meaningful networking opportunities that bring us together outside the classroom. Together, these initiatives will keep OIBA strong, relevant, and connected.
