GUEST SPEAKER LOUIS MARCOTTE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER OF INTACT

We are pleased to announce our guest speaker Louis Marcotte, who was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in December 2013.  In his previous role, Mr. Marcotte was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Distribution, which saw him overseeing Intact’s investments in the broker network and the development of financial solutions for the company’s brokers and partners.  Prior to that, Mr. Marcote was Treasurer of Intact Financial Corporation responsible for Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Treasury.

Mr. Marcotte has more than 25 years of progressive international experience in financial management with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, system implementation, public reporting and tax planning.

He is a graduate of McGill University, holds an MBA from Vlerick School of Business, is a Fellow of the Quebec Order of CPA’s and serves as President and Chairman of the Quebec Chapter of Financial Executive International Canada.
