We are pleased to announce our guest speaker Don Florek, Vice President, Claim Field Management at Travelers Canada.  Don has 25 years of insurance experience and has been with Travelers Canada for the past 18 years.  He has held a wide range of positions in his years with Travelers, including Risk Control Consultant, Account Executive, Operations Manager, Claim Manager and Recovery Center Vice-President.

Don’s educational background includes B.S.Occupational Safety, (MPM) Masters Project Management Insurance Designations, Certified Subrogation Recovery Professional (CSRP) to name a few, and he is currently pursuing the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
