Monthly Luncheon Meeting
We cordially invite you to our first monthly luncheon to kickoff our 2012- 2013 membership year of Ottawa Insurance Brokers Association.

- How adjusters can control claim costs without a negative customer experience and ensure fair resolution to all parties.
- Common broker errors and omissions issues and avoidance opportunities.
- Business interruption losses, coverage and claim issues and how to avoid a bad customer outcome.
- Common coverage issues we see.
Attention: Broker Members
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held prior to the luncheon. This meeting will commence at 11:00am with a presentation of our annual budget and an address from Patricia Bilodeau, OIBA President.
NOTE: Broker members in attendance at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be entered into a special draw for a door prize. We hope to see you there!!
